After speaking with the Royal Mail, we have been told that due to the huge spike in online orders they are struggling to keep to their estimated delivery dates with some locations taking over a week longer depending on whether it has to pass through the worst affected depots or sorting offices.

Please note: that this is out of our control and unless you have paid extra for the tracked post, I'm afraid we are unable to track your package. It is worth noting that Royal Mail only loses around 0.5% of the post, and so as long as the delivery address is correct it is more than likely still in transit to you.

I fully appreciate the inconvenience and offer my utmost apologies, hopefully, the goods will make it through sooner rather than later!
