Please note: when you use the PayPal express button within the checkout area, you bypass our website, all information is passed directly from PayPal to our shop database, which tells us your key information including your address, where your confirmation order email will be sent. Please make sure you set the email you are wanting to use to access your account within PayPal first and make sure it's set to your primary email.

How do I change my postal address on my PayPal account?

To update your postal address:

  1. Go to Settings Icon Settings.
  2. Under 'Address', click Manage all addresses.
  3. For the address you want to change, click Update .
  4. Enter your changes and click Update Address.
We'll automatically validate your address, and may suggest a different variation of the address. You can choose one of the options presented, or continue with the address you entered.

Note: You can’t change your address to another country. If you’re moving abroad, you’ll need to close your existing account and open a new one.
